| 摘 要： | 本以研究生学术越轨行为为切入点，对评定研究生学位的“土政策”——“量化”进行了理性审视，认为当前在研究生教育规模急剧扩大、科研资源相对有限、学术风气浮躁的环境下，过度拔高“量化”的作用有矫枉过正之嫌，并结合新形势对如何看待“量化”这一“土政策”提出了若干前瞻性的建议和思考。
