| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国高校腐败案件呈多发态势,成为腐败蔓延的新领域。遏制高校腐败,首先需筑牢精神防线,努力学习和践行西柏坡精神,让＂两个务必＂成为遏制高校腐败的思想屏障;同时,要加强制度建设,把权力关进制度的笼子里。

| Abstract: | Corruption cases tend to increase in Chinese higher educational institutions. This paper argues for preventive measures including the Xibaipo spirit whose do＇s and dont＇s may become an effective firewall against the grafts. Meanwhile, systems should be strengthened in order to keep the power under the hard control. |
