| 摘 要： | 风险投资已经越来越成为中小企业创业融资的重要渠道之一,河北省中小企业要想获得风险投资,需要从以下几个方面加以完善：以河北省的产业为特色,发展配合河北省的低碳技术服务;建立起现代化的中小企业管理制度;重视团队的素质;加大力度投资发展科技成果;实施品牌战略,培育民企品牌。
