| 摘 要： | 实行学分制是我国高校教学管理改革所采取的一项重要措施，对提高教育质量促进教育改革具有重要作用。本探讨了当前市场经济体制下对人才多层次、多规格的需求，并对实施学分制过程中存在的问题进行了分析，提出了教学运行管理中应采取的措施。
