| Abstract: | This paper makes a deep analysis of the difficulties encountered by adult students in learning English pronunciation. They have difficulties in pronouncing (1) sounds which do not exist in the mother tongue, (2) similar sounds, (3) diphthongs, (4) consonant clusters and in dealing with sentences stress. This paper presents some methods to resolve such problems. |
