| 摘 要： | 我国高职教育存在法律法规建设滞后、社会参与度不高、投入不足、高职教育与中职教育管理脱节、财权与事权分离等诸多问题。唯有切实建立起政府统筹、教育部门协调、各职能部门各司其职的新型高职教育管理体制,改革招生管理制度,健全高职教育发展的督导评估系统,加强法制建设,才能使我国高职教育的发展迈上一个新的台阶。在新的历史时期,高职院校管理体制改革必须从我国国情出发,注意调动各方面的办学积极性。
