摘    要:运用现代教育技术进行动作技能的教学,可以在一定程度上冲破传统教学模式,在认知阶段使动作示范科学化,联系形成阶段使情境创设科学化,自动化阶段使训练反馈科学化,从而有力地推动体育教学进入规范化、科学化的轨道。

Abstract:The main contents of physical teaching are to study movement skills, which are divided into three stages, such as cognition, association making and automation. Traditional physical education commonly applies teacher-to-apprentice teaching to be subjective, random and inefficient. Applying the modern educational technology to the teaching of movement skills may break through the traditional teaching modes in certian extent and make action demonstration scientificalization in cognition stage, as well as circumstances creation in association making stage and training feedback in automation stage, which help greatly to improve the physical teaching toward standardization and scientificalization.
