| Abstract: | The diplomatic thoughts of Deng Xiaoping are an essential part of Deng Xiaoping theory. The fact-based principle encompasses the cause of Chinese foreign diplomacy in his era, and enables him to figure out the international situations, and work out Chinese diplomatic policies. |
