| 摘 要： | 我国法律对隐私权的保护未作具体的规定，导致在司法实践中发生的侵犯隐私权的案件不能得到合理地解决。对隐私和隐私权进行界定，分析我国隐私权立法存在的不足，提出完善我国隐私权立法的建议。对隐私权的确认和保护，是人类文明进步的标志，也是实现个人之间的和谐、达到整个社会和谐的必然要求。

The Legal Protection of the Right of Privacy |

| Abstract: | The protection to right of privacy in our country＇s laws has not made concrete provision, which causes the case of infringing the right of privacy of the occurrence in the judicatory not to solve reasonably. Carry on a definition to the privacy and the right of privacy, analyze the shortage of right of privacy in our country legislation lawmaking, and put forward suggestions on perfecting the right of privacy legislation. Marking confirmation and protection to the right of privacy, is the symbol of the progress of human civilization and also the inevitable result of a realization of harmony among individuals and the harmony of whole society. |
