| 摘 要： | 以毛泽东为核心的第一代中央领导集体在新中国成立初期，就把中国发展的战略目标定位于要建设成为现代化的社会主义强国。为此，确定了在科学技术方面要迎头赶上世界先进水平，实施跨越式发展的战略，即“向科学进军”的战略，以科学技术的发展引导整个国家跨越式发展和进步。

| Abstract: | Shortly after the founding of new China, the strategic goal of development was oriented to be a modem socialist country by the first generation of the collective leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Mao Zedong as the core. With this goal, in order to catch up with the advanced science and technology all over the world and to develop with a high speed, the leaders formulated the strategy of marching forward to science, which means that the development of science and technology can lead leap-forward development in China. |
