| Abstract: | Directed at the difficulties for college students to get employment and the lack of hi-tech personnel, a model for cultivating talents with double certificates ----a diploma and a professional certificate----was brought forward.In combination with the present situation in our college, the practical effect for the implementation of double certificates system was analyzed. |
