系统构建高职院校德育体系研究

根据系统论原理从理论基础上构建了一个具有高职院校特色的、适应人才市场需求的德育实施体系；并且提出了实施应遵循的原则和重点内容,建设以现实生活为原点,融传统德育和创新德育为一体,社会、学校、家庭、个人为一体,职业性与实践性为一体的系统德育过程.

On Study of the Moral Education System in Higher Vocational Colleges on Basis of System Principles

A moral education system suitable for the higher vocational college,and meeting the talents market needs was constructed on the basis of system principle.This article proposed the principles that should be obey and contents,as well as constructed system moral education processes of amalgamating traditional two-in-one,and society,school,family and individual four-in-one,occupational and practical two-in-one,taking real life as the starting points.
