高职院校生源素质差异及对策

摘    要:由于高职院校生源类型和层次的不同,导致生源之间素质存在较大差异。高职院校应针对这些差异,对不同类型的生源分别培养、分班教学,要加强高职课程与中职课程的衔接,实行学分制和弹性学制,对部分课程实行分层教学,并实行多途径出口,为生产、建设、管理,服务第一线培养高素质的技术人才和管理人才。

Abstract:The different backgrounds of higher vocational college enrollment bring about the academic gap among freshmen. With the differences taken into account, higher vocational colleges should take measures such as group teaching, linking up the new and pre-college courses, credit especially flexible credit system, step-by-step instruction of some courses, diverse diploma requirement. All these efforts are aimed to train qualified graduate working in various field.
