我国职业声望研究二十年述评

摘    要:声望地位是社会分层理论家们关注的一个热点问题,职业声望反映了职业分层的主观维度。文章从职业声望调查研究方法、职业声望研究的内容包括职业声望的社会评价、自我评价、评价标准或影响因素及比较研究等方面全面总结了我国二十年来职业声望研究的基本状况,并着重从方法和理论层面进行了评价,指出目前职业声望的研究方法有待规范、职业声望研究理论的本土化工作有所进展但尚显不够以及对职业声望评价的理论和实践意义发掘不足等问题。

Abstract:The research on occupational prestige has always been a heated topic in the field of social stratification. Occupational prestige reflects the subjective division of occupation stratification. This paper reviews the surveys of occupational prestige during the past twenty years in China from the angle of research methods, research contents, including self assessment, social assessment and comparative studies of occupational prestige. It is pointed that the scientific research methods are needed earnestly. The localization of theories in this field has begun but still there is a long way to go and more attention should be paid to the theoretical and practical meaning of exploration on the assessment of occupational prestige.
