| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对50例初产妇的母亲角色适应状况进行问卷调查，从而了解初产妇的母亲角色适应状况及其影响因素。方法：采取自行设计的结构性问卷，调查2006年1月-2008年12月自身居住社区的50名初产妇母亲角色适应状况，并进行分析。结果：针对影响初产妇母亲角色适应的重要因素。妇儿科护理工作者应有针对性地加强健康教育，并把对初产妇的健康教育及指导延伸到社区护理中：同时关注初产妇产后心理支持，以促进初产妇母亲角色适应。

| Abstract: | Fifty questionnaires were distributed to 50 primiparas from January 2006 to December 2008 to investigate how the primiparas adapt to the role of mother.Attention shall be given to the factors that influence the primiparas' adaptability,including the health education and the community psychological aid. |
