| Abstract: | Along with the economy developing,the environmental question become more and more prominent,the environmental protection industry will become the most vigorous and potential industry of 21 century.But at present,its development is restricted by the imperfect policy and the deficient of market atmosphere in importing the talent,the technology and the capital.Under these circumstances,in order to make the environmental protection industry to develop healthy ,the policy needs to be improved and reformed constantly. |
