| 摘 要： | 师生互动中的教师公正问题蕴含在中西方古代的公正思想的探讨中，其中，以苏格拉底、孔子等人的有关论述最具代表性。近代学者对于天赋人权、自由、平等等学说进行了充分的论证，对师生互动中教师公正的实现有很大的启发意义。在现当代，学者把师生互动中的教师公正研究全面地向前推进了一大步，成为一门显学。

| Abstract: | In ancient times of China and foreign countries, the research of teacher＇ s justice in teachers contact with students is in justice discussion, especially thoughts related with Socrates and Confucius. In latter -day, researchers focused on inherence human rights, freedom, and equality and so on, which have hints to teacher＇ s justice practice. In modem times, there are great progresses of teacher＇s justice study, which become a specialty. |
