| 摘 要： | 中国古典舞蕴含浓厚传统文化,表现人们对艺术的审美和追求,在吸取传统舞蹈文化底蕴同时,还吸取中国戏曲舞蹈文化精华,同时融入了时代审美特点和审美价值,和其他舞种形成了鲜明对比。在中国古典舞蹈学习中,"身韵"训练尤为重要,它推动着古典舞形式统一化、多样化。
