“近距离煤层组全屏蔽瓦斯抽采技术”在杏花煤矿的实践

摘    要:杏花煤矿现主采煤层为28#、30#两层煤,下覆煤层组渗析的瓦斯导致28#工作面产能得不到释放,为解放28#采面生产力,在30#煤层内打覆盖钻孔,形成瓦斯屏蔽层,对50米范围内的下覆煤层组30#、31#、34#、35#、36#的瓦斯进行屏蔽,此技术的应用试验在杏花煤矿取得了良好的效果。

On Extraction Technology of Gas Applied in the Close Range Coal Seams in Xinhua Coal Mine

Abstract:The main coal seams of Xinghua Coal Mine is 28#,30#layers of coal mine .Gas emission from overlying coal seams limits the capacity of production in the seam 28#.In order to improve the productivity in the seam 28#, it is necessary to arrange e-nough gas drainage boreholes in the seam 30#to form a gas shield.The gas from coal seams 30#,31#,34#,35#,36#within 50 me-ters would be shielded .The application of this technique in Xinghua Coal Mine has achieved good results in solving the percolation of gas.
