发展中国家的技术进步不会损害发达国家的利益，而且以技术创新为动力的要素报酬递增所引起的规模收益递增现象，打破了传统的同质产品的完全竞争，代之以异质性产品的垄断竞争分工均衡格局，给发达国家与发展中国家同时带来福利递增。

The advanced technology of the developing countries will not decrease the interests of the developed countries.On the contrary the increasing scale profits with the force of technological innovation breaks traditional complete competition among the products with the same quality.And it forms a balance pattern of monopoly competition division of the products with different qualities,which might bring increasing welfare to the developed countries as well as to the developing countries.
