| Abstract: | Inclusive Education aims at helping all citizens achieve equality in education and to maximize their development in the process of full participation and cooperation. This philosophy in education realizes the democracy in education, in terms of education opportunities, teaching and management, and teacher and pupil relationship. The process of democratization in education will be promoted through the development of inclusive education, education reform and improvement of teacher quality. |
