试论社会转型期社区服务职能的改变——对哈尔滨市埃德蒙顿社区的个案考察

随着“单位制”在老工业基地改造过程中的瓦解,大量职工从“单位人”角色走向了“社区人”角色。在角色转变过程中将会产生一系列社会问题,街道社区服务对于此类问题的解决有着重要的作用。文章就如何改变街道社区服务职能进行了深入探讨,并提出了相应地改进措施。

The Change of Community Service Functions in Turning Period——A Case Observation on a Community in Harbin

Under the policy of developing northeast,the northeast China has been proceeding the change of the old industrial bases.With the collapse of department systems,a lot of workers have changed their roles.And there happened a serial of social problems.The communities are playing important roles during the process of dealing with the problems.How to change the community's functions to suit the situations is vital problem to be solved.The paper is focus on the way how community service system changes their functions with corresponding solutions.
