“丰田教学模式”教学督导机制的研究

摘    要:教学督导工作是高职院校教学工作的重要环节之一。“丰田教学模式”督导工作的职能范围,包括督学、指导、评价三个方面,工作内容包括常规听课、督导巡视和专项工作三项内容。它以学术管理为理念,树立督导工作的权威性和独立性,注重提高教学管理质量,并对教学进行有效的督导。

Abstract:Teaching supervision is one of the most important jobs in higher vocational college.The supervising work of "TOYOTA Teaching Pattern" includes supervision,guidance and evaluation.The working content includes ordinarily attending a lecture,supervising inspection and professional work.It establishes the concept of academic management,builds the authority and independence of supervising work,pays attention to the improvement of teaching management quality,and conducts effective supervision on the teaching.
