| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨自动经皮腰椎间盘切吸术(AutoPercutaneousLumberDiscectomy,APLD)术后并发椎间盘炎的病因、诊断、治疗和预防;方法:采用大剂量抗生素静脉滴注,同时尽早再次APLD减压冲洗、抽吸;结果:7例均再次行APLD后症状明显好转并较快治愈;结论:APLD术后并发椎间盘炎以预防为主,治疗方法首选尽早再次行APLD。

| Abstract: | Objective: to investigate the reason,diagnosis,therapy and preventive of the post-operative intervertebral discitis of auto percucaneous lumbar discectomy(APLD).Methods: the technique was used with large doses antibiotics drip,simultaneous with second APLD washing and inspiring as early as possible.Results: by second APLD,7 cases were all improved with significant symptoms and all cured quickly.Conclusion: to the post-operative intervertebral discitis of APLD,the major attention should be paid on the prevention,and the second APLD ought to be the paramount early choice for treatment. |
