Abstract:The existence of isolated travelling wave solution for the KdV-Burgers equation is proved. It isshown that the strange attractor of the KdV-Burgers equation to isolated travelling wave is prevailing. Thechaotic phenomena in numerical computation might provide a reasonable interpretation of turbulence.
