| 摘 要： | 新世纪之初,江泽民同志提出了“以德治国”的治国方略。本文通过分析我国历史上道德在治理国家中的作用、中国共产党80年道德建设历程等方面,阐述了中国共产党与“以德治国”的关系及“以德治国”方略提出的重要意义。
