培养有优秀传统文化底蕴的世纪新人—“四有”育人观与“八目”育人观扬弃初探

要全面认识我国传统儒学“八目”育人观，取其精华，去其糟粕，服务于现代育人工程，就很有必要对邓小平“四有”育人观与传统儒学“八目”育人观进行比较、分析和研究，探索传统儒学“八目”育人观与邓小平“四有”育人观之间的民族文化联系，加深对邓小平“四有”育人观的民族文化内涵的理解。对邓小平“四有”育人观与传统文化相承接、与当代社会相适应、与现代文明相协调进行透析和诠释。实现胡锦涛总书记“保持民族性，体现时代性。加强中华优秀文化传统教育”的理论高度，为高校加强优秀文化传统教育提供理论探讨。

On the Cultivation of Intellectuals with Knowledge of Traditional Culture for the New Century

In this article, the author has made a comparison of Deng Xiaoping＇s Four Viewpoints on educating people and the traditional Confucianism Eight Orders for people. The author aims at probing their relationship with the traditional culture and offering a theoretical reference for the political and ideological education in universities.
