| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化的深入和科技的迅速发展,海洋经济的地位日益突出,而管好用好海洋的关键在人才。海洋渔业科学与技术专业在人才培养方面亟需适时进行改革,培养目标应从传统的注重资源开发转向注重资源养护与管理为重点。通过对国内外相关高校海洋渔业专业的课程设置、人才培养目标等内容的分析,针对我国海洋渔业专业面临的共同问题,提出了改革专业教学机构设置体制,促进教师专业发展、促进跨学科协同教学工作的进展、产学研结合培养海洋渔业创新型人才三条改革思路,以期海洋渔业专业在新形势下能培养出合乎时代要求的专业人才。
