| 摘 要： | 科举制度是中国历史上各种制度中历时最久而影响最大的制度之一。科举制度体现了一定的平等精神，正因如此，它才历经千年而不衰。科举制度的发展历程折射出一般考试发展的规律，即日益的客观化和严密化。选拔德才兼备的人才是每一种人才选拔制度的目标，选拔德行之士还是取用才能之士是科举制度发展过程中始终存在的两难问题。为公平起见，科举制度主要以文才取士。高考作为我国最重要的选拔人才的制度。必须以平等为核心；高考改革的任务是，坚持平等的精神，消除其形式和内容对教育的不利影响，提高人才选拔的效率。

| Abstract: | Imperial examinations have equal spirit to a certain degree.Just because of this,it can exist for so long time.We can find the rule of examination's development from the history of the imperial examinations.Imperial examinations encountered the difficulty how to select the students which have both ability and political integrity.Equality is the first importance for the entrance examination and keeping the equal spirit forever is the entrance examination reform's principle. |
