全球化视角下区域/民族教育的多元文化适宜性

摘    要:全球化促使多元文化成为现代教育的价值理念。吉布森的多元文化教育内涵强调了教育文化的适宜性问题,通过在区域/民族地区调研发现,当地儿童的入学转折年主要出现的是基于语言障碍以及入学后个体经验的多元文化整合问题。为了促进区域/民族融合和推进主流教育,建议应从尊重多元文化理念出发,开展以此为价值取向的教师教育培训,开发语言文化适宜的教材,并且考虑多元文化在课程与教材中的整合以及行政部门在管理方面的配合。

Abstract:The progress of globalization pushes multi-cultures to be a basic value of modern education.We use Gibson’s Multicultural Education Theory to discuss the local culture compatibility in regional/ethnic minority education.By the investigation in regional areas,the children showed the problem of language obstacles in the first year of school and their individual experience displayed the Multi-cultural integration in their studies.In order to promote regional/ethnic minority inclusion and push the National Education to move on,we suggest that we should carry out a teacher training which respects the local culture,develop proper teaching materials,consider the multi-cultures in curriculums and textbooks,as well as the relevant executive departments’cooperation.
