摘    要:专业化时代要求教师职业道德建设也必须做到"专业化",即按照教师专业化的标准和特点探索职业道德建设的方法和策略。包括用一种专业规范的眼光和标准重新审视教师职业道德的建设思路;同时,积极推进教师职业道德的法律诠释,以法律语言表述教师职业道德的规范和标准,进而提升教师职业道德的严肃性、神圣性和影响力。在此基础上,强化教师行业规范的自律性和主动性,提高教师职业道德的保护性和教育性,加强教师教育伦理课程的建构与实施,让教师教育成为具有强烈道德意识的知识领域。

Abstract:The age of professionalization requires that the construction of teacher’s occupational morality must be professionalized,which means to explore the methods and strategies according to the standards of teacher professionalization.Meanwhile,teacher’s occupational morality should be interpreted legally in order to enhance the seriousness and sanctity of teacher’s occupational morality.On this basis,we also should strengthen the self-discipline and initiative of teacher’s occupational morality,enhance the construction and implementation of teacher education ethics curriculum,and let teacher education become the knowledge field with strong sense of morality.
