| 摘 要： | 高职院校招生规模的迅速扩大,给学生管理工作带来了许多新情况和新问题,结合学生管理的工作实际,通过分析学生管理工作的现状及存在问题,提出了树立以人为本的教育理念,树立高职教育科学的质量观等观念,并在实践中得到了一定的验证。

| Abstract: | Combining the working reality of students management with analyzing the current situation and problems existing in the higher vocational management after enlarging the enrollment scale,the author put forward some countermeasures like establishing the ideas that students and qualities go first during the course of vocational education,and has been making some beneficial exploring in the practical working. |
