| 摘 要： | 探讨PPH联合外剥内扎术治疗环状痔的临床疗效。回顾性分析莆田学院附属医院普外科2005年6月至2011年12月对262例环状痔行PPH联合外剥内扎术治疗的临床资料。结果,262例中除1例肛门狭窄、3例术后大出血外,其他病例恢复情况令人满意。结果表明,PPH联合外剥内扎术治疗环状痔具有恢复快、并发症少、术后美观等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective The clinical efficiency of external dissection and PPH in the treatment of mixed haemorrhoids was studied.Method This paper reviewed and analyzed the clinical records of 262 mixed haemorrhoids cases during June 2005 and December 2011 in the Department of General Surgery.Result It was found that all the patients are well recovered and the results were satisfying after the operation,except for a patient with stricture of anus and three patients with postoperative bleeding(haemorrhage) in the anus.Conclusion The conclusion is herein drawn that the external dissection and PPH for treatment of the mixed haemorrhoids have the advantages of rendering patients quickly recovered,causing less complications,having better appearance. |
