| 摘 要： | 在《易经》的部分卜辞中 ,记载了商周时代的“自由刑”:一是圜土之刑 ,包括该刑在刑罚中的地位、执行处所、执行方式、防范罪犯逃脱的设施、刑期等内容 ;二是肉刑的附加刑 ;三是坐嘉石之刑。以上内容可与《周礼》的有关记载互为佐证 ,较为可信地反映出商周刑罚种类之一的“自由刑”的史实
