| 摘 要： | 散打比赛中的重创能反映出比赛的激烈程度,展现出运动员的技能水平。文章采用文献资料法、观察法、数理统计法、逻辑分析等研究方法,对散打比赛中形成重创的机制原理进行了研究分析,以便为散打运动员提高实战水平,增加防护能力提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | Heavy blow can reflect the fierce degree of Sanda competition,embody the technical ability level of athletes.The article has studied and analysed the mechanism of heavy blow by many methods such as document study method,observation method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis...etc,with the purpose of providing athletes theoretical reference about improving practical fight capabity and enhancing protection capability. |
