Large Display Systems in Gymnasiums and Stadiums: Their Existing Condition, Trend of Development, And Standerds for Selecting Among Various types

Large display systems providing instant information such as results of competition, scoring,timing, etc. have now become indispensable parts of gymnasiums and stadiums and their quality has a direct bearing on the smooth running of sports competitions. The authors of this paper have analysed the technical performances of various types of display systems used in China and other countries, and discussed the question of adopting the right brands in the light of Chinese conditions.
