| 摘 要： | “马太效应”源出于圣经《新旧约全书·马太福音》,用来形容科学社会学中“对富有的还要再给、对一无所有的继续剥夺”的现象。在Internet运作中也普遍存在着“马太效应”,并对信息社会产生相当显著的正向作用和负面影响。对于Internet中的“马太效应”,如何兴其利而制其弊,是一个很值得探讨的课题。
