| Abstract: | In this article, thirty - year history of TV is reviewed from ＂Self -using＂ high quality resource at the primary stage to ＂Construct - together＂ resource at the middle stage to ＂Using -myself＂ resource after evaluation. Basing on this the reason restricted the development of CRTVU is analysed and the key factor is explored in the next period ： the method of connotative development. |
