| 摘 要： | 依据英美发达国家高校大学生培养的模式和经验，目前我国高校人才培养还存在方法与内容落后、应用与实践淡化、课程与资源不符等三大制约因素，由此提出了转变观念、厘定目标；搭建平台、拓展途径；课程改革、开拓资源等三大对策，提出通过产学互动和完善机制来推进大学生成才的可行路径。 |
