| Abstract: | This paper talks about student presentations from the viewpoint of second language acquisition.It first explores the SLA theoretical implications including in student presentations in four areas: process-based,student-centered,encouraging interaction and favoring the transformation of declarative knowledge to procedural knowledge.Then it discusses effective ways to integrate student presentations into classroom teaching before analyzing their roles in helping the students to develop their language competences. |
