浅析现实教育问题成因及改进建议

笔者认为要搞好教育最根本的一条是应遵循教育本身的规律性，只有正确认识教育本身的规律性，遵循人成长发展的规律才能搞好教育。文章从教育现状的弊病及原因、传统教育模式及其观念的落后与教育规律的矛盾、改进办法及措施三方面进行阐述。

Brief analysis of the cause of formation of the realistic education problems and the suggestion for improving that

The author thinks that the most essential thing for doing well the education is to follow the underlying rule of the education self. Only knowing it correctly and flowing the underlying rule of students growing and developing just can do well the education. The author has made an expatiation on it from the disadvantage and reason of the present situation of the education, the contradiction between the traditional education mode with its behindhand idea and the education rule and the method and measure for improving.
