| 摘 要： | 国家助学贷款新修订政策的出台，对高校弱势群体的帮助和中国高等教育大众化的发展必将起到更大的促进作用。本文在回顾国家助学贷款的产生与发展历程、总结归纳新旧政策的比较优势、分析新政策的局限性及其缺失的基础上，提出了完善国家助学贷款的政策建议。

| Abstract: | The newly emended State Loan policy for students will inevitably assist the poor groups of universities and propel the development of Chinese higher education. This article reviews the birth and development of the State Student Loan Policy, summarizes the comparative advantages of the old and the new, by analyzing the limitations and the imperfectness of these two, and proposes constructive suggestions to perfect the State Student Loan policy. |
