| Abstract: | Guided by the theory on the advantage of backwardness and on spanning development, this paper analyses the system advantage, management advantage,market scale advantage,transformation of education structure advantage,financing advantage,circumstance advantage and society consciousness advantage. It also bring forward some choice strategies to translate those latency advantages into flesh and blood advantage. |
