| 摘 要： | “科层制”是马克斯.韦伯的经典理论之一,贯穿着韦伯的“理性”思想。媒介管理作为一门新兴学科,从理论基础到具体实践,都包含着“科层制”中“合理性”、“规则化”的观点,显示出一定的耦合性。
