| 摘 要： | 立足竞争情报的分析视角,通过收集和深入研究近年来美国政府部门、国会、智库、产业界出台的诸多深具影响力和代表性的政治言论、研究报告,以及在此基础上形成的重要科技战略与政策等,旨在挖掘辨析美国对华科技竞争战略深层思想的变化路径.研究表明,美国针对中国的科技战略思想经历了从单纯的"遏制与对峙"发展到"关注与反思",再到目前的"融合与共生"的转变过程.
