企业应急反应战略动态能力构建研究

在已有战略分析模型的基础上,提出了企业应急反应战略动态能力模型.模型中定义了企业战略三定律,明确了企业战略和内外部因素之间的相互关系;提出了内外部因素的识别模型,从而根据因素的时间、空间、可能性、不确定性等,区分出其被企业处置的优先顺序;还就重要因素对企业利益相关者及资源能力影响进行了分析;最后,就模型的组织安排进行了探讨.
