高职学生礼仪养成教育探析

由于当代高职学生礼仪教育没有得到应有的重视，在礼仪教学中重理论轻实践的现象比较突出，导致高职学生的素质偏低，社会评价不高，高职院校应通过榜样教育，广泛宣传，创新教学方法和教学手段，编制合适礼仪教材等措施来提高礼仪养成教育，以此使礼仪知识真正转化为职业技能，彻底改变高职学生缺乏礼仪素养的现状。

On the Etiquette Education of Vocational College Students

Inadequate emphasis on etiquette education in vocational colleges, excessive weight on theory and little weight on practice in etiquette education lead to the low quality of vocational college students as well as their low level of social evaluation. Therefore, it is necessary for vocational colleges to spread etiquette cultivation widely, establish role models, innovate teaching approaches and methods, and prepare proper etiquette teaching materials to improve etiquette education. By doing so, etiquette knowledge can be internalized into students＇ professional skills and totally change students＇ lack of etiquette quality.
