高技能人才培养机制研究——以香港VTC人才培养机制经验为借鉴

香港VTC是职业教育的专门管理机构，其教学与实践并重的办学方针、多元化的课程设置、清晰的升学路径以及毕业生就业服务等各方面的机制建设已经形成了一套行之有效的经验，这对于江苏建立高效、完善的高技能人才培养机制具有借鉴作用，如成立归口管理部门，强化工学结合与校企合作，加强高技能人才就业服务等。

Research on the High-Skilled Talents' Training Mechanism: In Reference to the Experience of Hong Kong VTC Talents Training Mechanism

VTC in Hong Kong is a vocational education management institution. It has formed a set of effective experience on the training mechanism construction, such as its educational policy of teaching with practice in parallel,diversified curriculums, clear entrance path making and graduate employment service etc. Its experience can be learned by Jiangsu province to establish and perfect the efficient high-skilled talents＇ training mechanism in Jiangsu, such as the establishment of mangement department, the emphasis on connection between study and work,t he fous on cooperation between school and enterprise, and the strengthening of the emloyment service of high-skilled talents.
