| 摘 要： | 隋朝建立,结束了长达二百八十年之久的南北分裂局面,隋文帝对南宁州的经略,基本上重演了汉武帝开西南夷的过程。东线即从今宜宾往南在昭通境内设恭州、协州,再深入滇池地区置昆州(今昆明);隋虽然二世而亡,但其创立的多项制度却为后世所遵循。唐兴伊始即全面继承了隋朝建立三省六部,州县二级政区,以羁縻手段重置隋朝废弃的南宁州,并支持南诏统一各部。
