| 摘 要： | 三螺旋“校企合作”模式对高校和企业合作具有极强的驱动力，然而在此种模式下的“校企合作”仍存在一些障碍。基于促进高校大学生就业视角，本研究认为高校需要以就业为导向，要明确办学方向，整合学校科研团队资源，创新人才培养模式，拓宽合作渠道，并加强政府的主导地位，逐步形成以“校企合作”促进大学生就业长效机制。
